My bad, the rib-eye comes with a BBQ sauce, the Porterhouse with tabasco butter, piminton croutons and celery root chips. I will edit my post and add a pic from Beth’s Iphone.

That’s awesome that they have Corison by the glass! The amuse and the Kobe tartare sound right up my alley too, but man, bbq sauce on a dry aged porterhouse just seems wrong!

In all honesty: I love my Rocky P’s. For me it is the Rocky Patel Sun Grown Junior. The taste and the draw is great and they are not that expensive. Really good to enjoy myself.

Yes, the a/f ratio is much better. Keep in mind this is only a WOT (wide open throttle) dyno run. There are many fuel tables for different running conditions. (WOT probably won’t effect my overall mileage that much.) Yes, I was a little worried about the time between runs. Not much time taken tuning, is there? I know the valve springs were swapped out before any tuning work was done, but I would thing a $400 dyno tune would take more than 11 minutes. Maybe he has done so many that a tune on a pretty much stock engine is easy. Or maybe he has saved “generic” tunes to get it close in a hurry? Either way, a 3 MPG improvement and smooth running car with a possible small gain in RWHP is all I could ask for. He also eliminated the 1-4 skip shift feature and lowered the temperatures the cooling fans come on to keep the engine a little cooler.

Looks like you got an improvement in air/fuel mixture with the second run (ie the red line is close to the dashed line, which I assume is the optimum ratio). This implies you were running a tad rich before, so your mileage should improve. What I’m wondering is that there appears to be about 11 minutes elapsed between runs – did they swap out your valve springs that quickly?
